SP Balasubrahmanyam has worked in the music world for more than five decades. The legendary musician was born in 1946 in a Telugu family in Nellore. His passion for music since childhood. While studying in engineering college, he used to take part in various music competitions. Would have won. He made his debut as a backing singer in the movie with the Telugu film, Sri Maryada Ramanna, released in 1966. Then I never had to look back. He has sung in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi movies. His list of movies in Bollywood includes Criminal, Maine Pyaar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, Roza. As well as the song, SP has also touched the hearts of the audience as an actor.

On August 5, SP Balasubrahmanyam was admitted to the hospital with Corona Virus. He said so on social media. He assured the fans that he has little symptoms. The specialists exhorted him to remain at home. But keeping the rest of the family in mind, he was admitted to the hospital. Shortly after, news came that the health of the legendary musician had deteriorated. He was kept on ventilation. SP Balasubrahmanyam went into a coma. Later, the musician's son SPB Charan said that SP Balasubrahmanyam came out of the coma. But even then he was kept on ventilation.

On 24th August, the musician was released in sudden news. But later it was informed by the hospital that Balasubrahmanyam is in the ventilation. The presence of COVID 19 virus in his body is constantly being monitored. On September 7, the Balasubrahmanyam corona test result was negative. But even then he has to be kept on ventilation. On September 24, the situation worsened. Then comes the bad news. The legend bid farewell to Ehjagat by mourning the fans. He left a lot of melodious memories. Prominent personalities of the entertainment world across the country have expressed their grief over the death of the artist.
