To soften the lips:

Apply concealer:

Apply foundation:

Once the concealer is well blended, apply the foundation on the upper and lower lips. Apply foundation drops like small dots and blend it well with a brush. This will give a smooth feeling on the lips and it will be convenient to apply lipstick.

Outline with the lip liner:

Once the base of the lips is formed, it is time to adjust the size of the lips. Those whose lip shape is not right can fix it with the help of lip liner. Again many lips are too thin or thick, to re-define but can pull the outline with a lip liner. Outline the lips with a lip liner of the same shade as the color of the lipstick you are going to apply. If you do not have a lip liner of the same shade, you can apply a lip liner of a nearby shade.

Apply lipstick:
